  • For non-defective products, a restocking fee of 20% of the product price applies.
  • Non-defective products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned by the customer.
  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Customers are encouraged to check product specifications, dimensions, and compatibility before purchase. Our team is available to assist with pre-purchase enquiries.

2. Reporting Defective Items

To request a return or replacement for defective items, customers must contact us with:

  • Order details
  • Description of the defect or damage
  • Photos of the defective or damaged product

Upon verification, our team will arrange a replacement or a refund where applicable.


3. Handling Non-Defective Products

  • Customers returning non-defective products are responsible for:
    • Ensuring the item is unused and in original packaging
    • Arranging return shipping to our store
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the refunded amount.
  • Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7 days via the original payment method.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

4. Defective Item Handling

  • If an item is delivered damaged or defective, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund.
  • Visible shipping damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Functional defects should be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Claims reported after this period will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation before shipment: Full refund
  • Cancellation after shipment: Subject to the defective/non-defective product return policy
  • Custom or special orders cannot be cancelled once procurement has commenced

6. Important Notice for Industrial Equipment

  • Customers are responsible for confirming site accessibility, ensuring adequate manpower for offloading, and checking product dimensions against installation areas.
  • Delivery failure due to site inaccessibility may incur additional charges.
