Due to the size and weight of industrial equipment, returns are subject to approval.

For non-defective items, restocking and transport fees may apply.

We encourage customers to confirm product specifications, dimensions, compatibility, and site requirements before placing an order. Our team is available to assist with pre-purchase enquiries.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is delivered damaged or defective, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

2.1 Reporting Timeline

  • Visible shipping damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Functional defects should be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Claims reported after this period will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

2.2 Required Evidence

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • Photos of external packaging
  • Photos of the product issue
  • Shipping label
  • Description of the issue
  • Order number

This helps us process the claim efficiently.

2.3 Inspection

We reserve the right to:

  • Arrange inspection
  • Request return for verification
  • Assess whether the issue is due to misuse, improper installation, or external damage

3. DOA – Network Equipment

For electronic/network devices:

If confirmed DOA within 7 days of delivery:

  • Replacement will be provided where available
  • If replacement is unavailable, refund will be arranged

After 7 days, the product will be covered under manufacturer warranty.

4. Warranty

All products are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.

Warranty generally does not cover:

  • Physical damage after delivery
  • Improper installation
  • Electrical surge damage
  • Unauthorized modification
  • Normal wear and tear

For warranty support, customers may contact us or the manufacturer directly.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable unless defective:

  • Assembled server racks
  • Custom-configured products
  • Special order items
  • Clearance items
  • Installed or used equipment

6. Incorrect Orders

If an incorrect item is ordered:

Returns may be considered subject to approval if the item is:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In original packaging

Customer may be responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Applicable restocking fee (up to 20%)

Approval must be obtained before returning any item.


7. Return Shipping

If return is approved:

  • Items must be securely packed
  • Return transport must be arranged safely
  • Refund will be processed after inspection

If return is due to confirmed product defect, we will advise on return arrangements.


8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via original payment method.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to confirmed product defect.


9. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation before shipment: Full refund
  • After shipment: Subject to return policy
  • Custom/special orders cannot be cancelled once procurement has commenced

10. Important Notice for Server Racks

Server racks are heavy industrial items. Customers are responsible for:

  • Confirming lift access and site accessibility
  • Ensuring adequate manpower for offloading
  • Checking dimensions against doorways and installation area

Delivery failure due to site inaccessibility may incur redelivery charges.


11. Delivery Acceptance

Upon delivery, customers must:

  • Inspect packaging before signing delivery order
  • Note any visible damage on delivery note
  • Refuse delivery if severely damaged

Signing without remark indicates goods received in good condition.
